Booking and your visit

How do I book an appointment?

Book online through our Jane booking page. You can book by treatment or choose a specific therapist.

We don’t have a receptionist, so online booking is the quickest way to get in. All treatments are by appointment only.

What if I can’t find a time that works?

Add your name to the cancellation list on our Jane booking page. We’ll email you if a spot opens up.

Can I book with a specific therapist?

Yes. Choose “Book by Practitioner” on Jane, or book straight from your therapist’s page: Sylvia Larsen, Erynn Mitchell or Jesslyn Hynds-Stewart.

What are your hours?

We’re open weekday mornings, afternoons and evenings, plus weekends, by appointment only. Each therapist keeps their own schedule, so the live availability on Jane is the best guide. Our general hours are listed at the bottom of this page.

Why is the front door locked when I arrive?

Because we’re appointment-only and don’t have a receptionist, the front door stays locked until your appointment time.

What is your cancellation policy?

We need at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. No-shows without prior communication are charged the full fee.

If you cancel on short notice and we can’t fill your slot, a late cancellation fee may apply. This also applies to same-day bookings made within 24 hours of the appointment time.

Where are you, and where do I park?

We’re at #110 23343 Mavis Avenue in Fort Langley. There’s a parking lot and front parking at the building.

Parking near the clinic fills up quickly with all the shops nearby, so please allow a few extra minutes to find a spot before your appointment.

I’ve been in a car accident. How do I get massage covered by ICBC?

All you need is an ICBC claim number. You have 12 weeks from the start of your claim to use 12 massage treatments.

Your first treatment is fully covered. After that, ICBC covers $112.35 toward each 60-minute treatment and $75.08 toward each 45-minute treatment.

What happens after the 12 weeks or 12 treatments?

Your RMT will assess whether more treatment may help. If it will, an extension request is filled out for ICBC.

Is it safe to have a massage after a car accident?

Yes. Our RMTs are trained to treat whiplash, sprains, strains, acute pain, swelling, soft tissue injuries and nerve symptoms. Massage is also a good way to ease the stress and anxiety that can follow an accident.
