Jesslyn Hynds-Stewart

“My goal is to help you move with less pain, recover from injury, and get back to doing the things that matter most to you.”

I believe feeling good in your body has a huge impact on your quality of life. My treatments are rehabilitation-focused and combine manual therapy, stretching, fascial techniques, and joint mobilizations to support your recovery while keeping your comfort a priority.

I enjoy working with athletes and active individuals, busy professionals, and anyone dealing with chronic pain or injuries. Whether you’re training for your next event, spending long hours at a desk, or simply feeling the effects of everyday life, each treatment is tailored to your individual goals.

Creating a space where you feel comfortable, listened to, and genuinely cared for is important to me. I take the time to understand what’s bringing you in so we can work together to address the root of the problem while still providing a treatment that’s both effective and relaxing.

When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll usually find me at the gym or spending time outdoors, surrounded by nature. I look forward to meeting you and being part of your recovery!

Sylvia Larsen

Her goal is to help people live without pain and limiting mobility issues.

Sylvia graduated from the Registered Massage Therapy program at CDI College in February 2025. She uses a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, petrissage, joint mobility and trigger point release, and has a special interest in working with people who suffer from headaches and low back pain.

Sylvia was inspired to become an RMT when she developed frozen shoulder from a snowboarding accident. The massage treatments and home care she received helped her make a full recovery, with pain-free range of motion in her shoulder. She has a thoughtful approach and creates a relaxing, supportive environment for her patients.

When Sylvia isn’t treating patients, she spends time outdoors camping, hiking or gardening with her three daughters and husband.
